Some of Vietnam’s most famous places are the impressive rock formations around Lake Bam Ha on Dau Be Island and Ha Long Bay with their exotic Floating Fishing peoples. In addition, take a time to contemplate the magnificent forests and arboreal ecosystems that have returned to life. Food Chinese and Thai food has made a deep incursion into the world palette long before Vietnamese kitchen. Vietnamese kitchen is varied, complex and delicious. The kitchens balance the four flavors: sweet, salty, acidic and spicy to give life to each of its innumerable and delicious dishes distinctively Vietnamese.
The main ingredients are cane sugar, a fermented fish sauce, Kalamansi juice (a citrus fruit) and chillies. The food is not too spicy since there is always a Chilean sauce to the side to give that extra touch of spicy. Banh Xo is another delicious meal that consists of a fried and crispy pancake filled with pork, shrimp and soy shoots. You can bite it as is or roll it into a sheet of rice paper. This rice paper is also called Goi Cuon and comes in multiple variations. Other delicacies to try includes Banh Me, a baguette sandwich that is now replicated worldwide. Early: best time to visit Vietnam is a vast nation and the climate differentiates it to travel from one part of the country to another. The best time to visit will change depending on whether you want to travel south, north or center of Vietnam. However, autumn (from September to December) and spring (from March to April) are the most favorable stations if you plan to travel all Vietnam.
